About Us
Welcome to Forest Flame. Our aim is to create stunning, seamless events, which become fond memories for life, facilitating positive experiences and connections.
Sustainability is key in our building processes, with most of our materials being repurposed, reused or saved from the timber offcuts pile. This gives our creations a unique character and means we don't consume more than we must.
Being artsy types, we specialise in custom creations, we can make anything you like, big or small - try us! Our experience in large scale installation art has given us skills with a massive range of techniques and materials, there is no project too eccentric.
We are based in the beautiful Northern Rivers, servicing the Gold Coast, Tweed region, Byron Bay and the Hinterland.

Hello, I'm Rachel
Designing and creating works of art is my absolute passion in life.
I have been a professional artist for many years, working on all sorts of events from operas to music festivals, making props, designing sets and building stages.
For me events mean community, which is what life is all about. Starting Forest Flame has enabled me to share my artistry with people in some of the most uplifting times of their lives.
I love the outdoors, animals and being in my garden with a nice cuppa tea.

Ben is a creative builder, he makes things strong and I make things pretty!
Ben is extremely skilled with wood, metal and all manner of tools - actually he is even pretty good at sewing. He can build anything from a bird house to a tree house.
Having worked on events for more than ten years, Ben has a plethora of hands-on, practical skills. His patience and curiosity for the creative process make him a fantastic craftsman and a pleasure to work with.
Ben enjoys climbing trees, rope swings, cups of yerba mate and chocolate.
