Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • "Forest Flame Events Pty Ltd" refers to the wedding styling and floristry business operating in NSW, Australia.

  • "Client" refers to the individual or entity engaging Forest Flame Events Pty Ltd for services.

2. Services Offered

  • Forest Flame Events Pty Ltd provides wedding styling and floristry services including but not limited to floral arrangements, venue styling, decor rentals, and consultation services.

3. Booking and Payment

  • To secure services, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation.

  • By paying the deposit and booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to adhere to Forest Flame Events Pty Ltd's terms and conditions outlined herein.

  • The remaining balance is due fourteen days prior to the event.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash and must be in AUD (Australian Dollars).

As outlined on the quote, the client is informed of and acknowledges that by making the deposit and confirming the booking, they are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth by Forest Flame Events Pty Ltd.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by the client:

    • Cancellations made at any time before the event will forfeit the deposit.

    • Cancellations made within fourteen days of the event will result in full payment of the agreed-upon services.

  • Cancellation by Forest Flame Events Pty Ltd:

    • In unforeseen circumstances, Forest Flame Events Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel services. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. Service Modifications

  • Changes to the services requested must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Additional charges may apply for modifications made after a certain date (thirty days prior to the event).

6. Responsibilities

  • Forest Flame Events Pty Ltd will make every effort to provide services as agreed upon. However, due to the nature of seasonal availability, specific blooms and flowers requested by the client cannot be guaranteed. Forest Flame Events Pty Ltd will endeavor to create arrangements that match the client's style and preferences using the best available seasonal blooms at the time of the event. Any substitutions made will be of similar quality and value.

  • The client understands and acknowledges that variations in color, size, and shape of flowers and foliage may occur due to seasonal availability. Forest Flame Events Pty Ltd will communicate any significant changes to the client and seek approval for substitutions when necessary.

7. Damages Bond

  • A damages bond of 10% of the total service cost is required to be paid by the client 14 days before the event. This bond is refundable in full within 2 weeks after the event if no damages occur to Forest Flame Events Pty Ltd's rented items or arrangements provided by the company. Any damages will be assessed, and costs for repairs or replacements will be deducted from the damages bond, with the remaining amount refunded to the client.

Please ensure that the damages bond is paid within the specified timeframe to avoid any complications regarding the refund process.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Forest Flame Events Pty Ltd retains ownership of all designs, concepts, and intellectual property associated with the services provided.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia.

10. Agreement

  • By engaging Forest Flame Events Pty Ltd's services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
