Work with Forest Flame Events
We bring your dreams to life while you relax in the knowledge that your event design is going to be handled professionally and the final product will look amazing! Here's the process in a nutshell.
1. Get in touch
Send me an enquiry with a few details, like your event date and the types of items you're after. We will let you know our availability, send you a pricing guide and a few questions about your floral and styling needs. If you have a Pinterest board we'd love to see it to get a feel for the styles you're into.
2. Consult
We will schedule a phone call or video chat (whatever you prefer) to chat about your dreams and ideas for the day, we will talk budget and style and fit the two together to create a plan for your wedding flowers and styling. We have both package and a la carte options that we can discuss.
3. Quote
We will send you an initial quote based on our consult and shared inspiration images, showing the style of arrangements you want at your wedding. Things will inevitably be tweaked over time to get them just right for you.
4. Lock it in
We decide we're a match made in heaven and you lock in your booking and breathe a sigh of relief, knowing that you've crossed a big job off your list. A 30% deposit is payable to confirm your booking and we will send over our standard event contract for you to sign and return.
5. Event design & go plan
We will send you a moodboard, which will bring all our ideas together into a cohesive visual style for your wedding. Forest Flame Events aims to go beyond what you thought was possible and bring extra impact to your arrangements, while tailoring our work specifically to you. We also send out some paperwork to make sure we have all the details we need to make sure the day runs like clockwork.
6. Final details
We'll have a final consult six weeks out to make sure everything is accounted for and all ducks are in a row. Your last payment is due soon and your florals and styling are all sorted and ready to be made a reality. This is the last chance for any larger additions or alterations.
7. The big day!
The Forest Flame Events team will roll in and set up all your florals and styling items, while you have the time of your life getting ready for your big day, bouquets, buttonholes and other personal flowers will be delivered to you in the morning. Your event will look fabulous and your guests will be showering you with compliments. If you have arranged pack down, this will usually happen the same night or occasionally the next day depending on your venue and run times.
